Been trying to reach out to places to help my disabled mother find a place to live. I only reached out hoping to get some information about applying or wait list. The lady that returned my call was very rude and unprofessional and tried to argue me with when I confronted her about it. Out of all the places I have call, this has been the only nasty encounter. Whether my mother has qualified to apply for a place or not other people have been respectful about it. Definitely glad she cant live here!
Black lady working at the desk is as rude as rude could be. No need to be belligerent. I feel sorry for the people living here
New manager very rude and loud.She doesn't dress appropriate for a manager.She doesn't answer door even though, she is their. She doesn't answer phone when you call.She makes her own hours. Not the hours that are posted. Suppose to be a 'Smoke Free Property '- People smoke cigarettes in their apartments with oxygen tanks, and other people Smoke Pot. That doesn't sound like Smoke free to one. We had a different manager sammena she was nice courteous. We had no problems with her. Hud and Corporate need to make a surprise visit... read more
