New manager very rude and loud.She doesn't dress appropriate for a manager.She doesn't answer door even though, she is their. She doesn't answer phone when you call.She makes her own hours. Not the hours that are posted. Suppose to be a 'Smoke Free Property '- People smoke cigarettes in their apartments with oxygen tanks, and other people Smoke Pot.
