This was my 2nd visit In the last few days and I was treated like a king both times. I’m very pleased with the fine service.
I came in the ER and not one person was rude, hateful or uncaring. Dr. Mueggenburg and the staff was the best. They were so busy, but made me feel like I was important. I ended up needing emergency surgery and had Dr. Shepherd come in on a Sunday. He made a point to introduce himself to me and explain the procedure, answering any questions I had. The nursing staff was the best! Thank you all so much for everything!
I will always be thankful for everything the staff at St Mary's did for me.
I’ve never had a greater ER experience. My daughter was brought in with a 105 fever. They remained calm with her and I, but let me know we needed to bring her fever down quick. They were so kind and sweet. They made sure we were comfortable, and talked us through everything. Jeremy was our RN nurse, and I couldn’t recommend or be more impressed with someone in the ER. Will definitely be coming back for any of our needs.
I enjoy working there and always trust my coworkers with my own family!
I have worked at St Mary's for 43 years thru good and bad times. I love these people!
This place should be closed. They left my 13 year old daughter alone for over 5 hours in the ER. The nurse "forgot" doctor ordered medication. Then didn't report giving it so by her test time it had worn off and she suffered pain that wanted to make me punch a hole in the wall while hearing the screams. I can't believe the attitude of the nurse and lack of care for a child. This place is disgusting. I've had similar service but with my child this is flat out wrong and unacceptable.
