They treated my mom with compassion and gave more than excellent, professional and loving care. Than you all. The ICU teams were great as was the surgerical team. The hospitality house felt more like home. They seemed to care as much about mom and the family as I do. Yes I will never forget mom's stay and treatment. Just hope I will never need you all again but if I do I know I can trust st. Mary's will there. Thank you..
St. Mary's is the only hospital I will go to for an ER visit.
Waited 4hours 45 minutes to be seen. My husband was in horrible pain they did a CT scan on his stomach and some blood work. Said nothing wrong just go home and take a laxative. Well we did that but nothing happened he was in horrible pain all night and the laxative did nothing to help. So the next morning we went to our family doctor and she gave him some medicine and sent him to a gastoinoligest they believe he has a twisted bowls for lack of the real word that I have forgotten. It started out good but then went down hill supposedly there was an emergency no one came to see if I was ok or needed anything for like 2 hours
It's a joke. Vomited multiple times in the waiting room with just TWO people here. Asked for a cool wash cloth and was offered some truck stop paper scraps. Guess that 50 cent wash cloth would bank riot them. This place would be an INCREDIBLE location for a hospital emergency room, investors should check into this. My advice, goto Cabell Huntington Hospital or The Tri-state area veterinarian hospital.
First of all my husband went to the ER he could not hardly breath caught his head off could not lay down on the bed and sleep, when he went to sit down there was dried blood on the seat!! The second time to the ER they admitted him!!!!! Also my son went because his kedney stones and his back. Both very bad service!!��������
I was triaged quickly. The staff, nurses & physicians were wonderful & very compassionate. Jodi was the NP & Missy was my nurse. There were other nurses that helped too, but I can't recall their names. I'm so appreciative of the ER physician, Dr Raja Mansoor as well my EP Cardiologist Dr George Joseph & my PCP, Dr Melin Moses. My nurses in the ER were Carl & Giovanni, they made certain I stayed updated on everything & that I was comfortable. I was admitted to the Orthopedic floor & the nurses were so helpful & kind.
