I thought I broke my arm and ended up at St. Mary's ER around 10PM on a Saturday night...April 1st, no less. Lol From the time I gave my name till the time I was told I could go was less than 45 minutes. The staff from all departments were wonderful, however, the man positioning my arm for my X-ray could use a bit more people skills 🙂 My husband joked that I must know the owners to have gotten such 'great service'. Lol Thanks, St. Mary's.

We were at doctors office. 11:15 was my app. We got out 5pm!!! This is not acceptable! !

I will never go back, we waited 6 hours to get in & we finally left, because they still didn't have any beds. I will never come back.

I was assaulted a few weeks ago and needed several stitches in my arm. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. From the nurses being rude thinking I was a drug addict (which I'm not considering I didn't ask for a thing) to the PA who stitched my arm completely wrong and it caused me to have a nasty scar. I got no instructions on how to care for my arm or how often to change the non bandage they put on my arm to cover it.
