My experience at this facility was unacceptable. The staff behaved unprofessionally and inconsistently, often acting more like inexperienced teenagers than trained medical professionals. As a teen mother, I was spoken to with disrespect and condescension, as if I were incapable of understanding basic information. My daughter was brought in via ambulance due to a drug interaction. I was told I had to wait for information because she’s an adult and she could not consent, which is fine. Later on a Dr called me for more info and told me she could be discharged, I told her I would come get her. When I got there the security guy asked me 4 times who I was to the patient and I said 4 times I’m her mother, than he told the staff I was her aunt! the nurse told me they were just trying to figure out how to get her home as they were never told ... read more

I wish I could give a better review but. They disregard how you feel and do not listen to you. I have been in there multiple times for problems I’m having with my brain and they think I’m full of it. I wanted a ct because I had the worst pain of my life and my body went numb and because I said it passed they started to disregard how I felt. So I just walked out.
