Amazing hospital! They took exceptional care of me!
Wait time beyond any reasonable expectation. Atmosphere drab and depressing - majority of employees seem unhappy with some notable exceptions.
I just don't understand how they let my dad walk out 2 days after brain surgery didn't call and tell me he left and now I cant find my dad! How was it the nurses in icu let him walk everywhere alone but when the moved him to the 9th floor my dad had extra rules real strict. They said my dad couldn't get up had an alarm and all on the bed but the Dr's and nurses still let him leave. Grown man I get that but 2 days after brain surgery You say if he wants to go let him go but he wasn't even allowed out of bed without assistance... read more
I had an excellent experience with the emergency services in the middle of the night when I was having a medical emergency. The whole crew from the paramedics to the ER staff were wonderful, kind and thoughtful. Of course there is always a bill, but I'm not so entitled, I am happy that I called 911 when I did and let bills be the afterthought, I could be dead now. We got two hospitals in town and I've been to both of them, please bring me to this one when I'm in trouble. They even called me days later about concerning issues... read more
I had an awful experience at this hospital. I went in with severe ear symptoms that affected my balance, but both the nurse and the doctor were rude, repeatedly cut me off, and dismissed my concerns as “all in my head.” After only a CT scan and no further evaluation, I was sent home without answers. I eventually had to quit working and move back home. A second opinion later revealed I had otitis media with effusion—a diagnosis that explained my symptoms all along.
