I am severely disappointed in St Mary's NICU, while most of the care was ok, I found that they had one "desk" person who was rude, she referred to my daughters mother in law as Granny when I called to see if my daughter was there. I told one nurse, when she came by and saw someone was in the room, i told her he had filled his pants and she said " if it doesn't bother him, don't let it bother you," so now this baby who had a HELL of a start to this world, due to poor judgement of the medical personnel, has to sit in shitty pa... read more
Best place ever! They saved my life! The nurses and doctors there are so nice! I was there for a month and the whole staff was incredible! Can't say enough good about them.
