Ungodly amount of money to be treated like a number instead of a human being.
Billing is horrible. $1200 for 5 min e/r visit. plus $300 ny state charges added.
The billing service used is atrocious. I'm told my bill will go into collections but the phoneline to pay it is ALWAYS busy. Calls aren't returned. Inexcusable.

The emergency room and staff, with the latest technology
The billing department has the WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL staffing. They have been calling me about my bill which is insurance related, and could have been easily resolve if they called my insurance, but they didn't!? I have to call both my insurance and the hospital to help bridge the communication! They also have been calling me for the past 2 years for the same claim which have already been resolve the past year! And when they got tired of communicating with me, they sent my account to the DEBT COLLECTION!!!!Very UNPROFFES... read more
