I went with my sick grandfather to the emergency room and while we were waiting for the doctor I went to the vending machines since i hadn't had breakfast. When i was going back the room the man at the security desk gave me a really bad attitude about it. If you wish to see your loved ones without being scolded for it I advise going somewhere else if possible.
Everyone was very helpful and caring. From the registration process all the way through ambulatory care to when I was released. They asked if I was warm enough...if I would like anything to drink after my procedure. Very concerned about my pain levels and did their best to help lessen it. Thank you very much.
My son had surgery today, everyone was so helpful and accommodating even the lady at lunch in the cafeteria she saw a new person and helped me to understand how everything worked. Most of all the nurses and Dr all were so kind to my son, he gets very nervous about things and they were great with him.
The staff was truely awesome once we got to be seen, wait time when in pain is unexceptable... the waiting room was filled , we had to stand till I found a wheel chair for him....usual 4 hours from start to finish which was expected . Wait time before even being called in is a very inappropriate and needs to be looked into! We would have gone to urgent care but they don't do the testing that was needed...once again the staff was amazing! Thank you Diana Kieley , Dr Forest, and Chris Capel you rock!
My mom came in through Emergency and has been here since. Amazing care at all levels.
My son was wisked into a room, triaged and asessed and a treatment plan was made. Thanks Keith, Elizabeth, Amy and the other staff for taking such great care of my boy. We were in and out in an hour and a half. Great place.
