St. MARY'S hospital itself as well as wilkinson center I could rave about. The urgent care however each time I come in I find rude, short speaking staff as well as long waits while staff can be heard chatting and giggling. It's very frustrating and unprofessional. I get in and out of the ED quicker than urgent care EVERY TIME!!!
My husband is currently receiving care here at St. Mary's. He has been here for 4 days now, and I can't say enough good things about his treatment. Every single staff member we have interacted with has been so kind and gone out of their way to make sure he is comfortable. They have even permitted me to stay the nights with him, which puts me at ease. Very attentive and compassionate. I just felt like they deserved to be recognized. You make difficult times a bit easier with your support. Thank You.
I just gave birth to our first baby and I couldn't have asked for a better hospital staff. The nurses and doctors made us feel like royalty and overall made the entire experience perfect. Even though we had some complications, they never skipped a beat and kept us calm the entire time.
Had my little baby boy there last week! What an amazing experience!!! All the nurses in the birthplace really took awesome care of us both!! Dr. Charland is an amazing Doctor!!! Really made you feel confident and relaxed!! I would recommend St Marys to anyone having a baby!!
It would be nice if your organization would correct billing issues. Insurance information was given several times but mistakes go unresolved. It gets bothersome to have to keep calling with the information only to encounter more incompetence.
I just had spinal fusion with Dr. Shen 6 weeks ago. He has changed the quality of my life in a way I can't put into words. His skills and level of professionalism, paired with the amazing nurses at St Mary's Hospital was life changing. I can't thank you all enough.
