I was given a certificate for 2 hour massage for Mother's Day. I can't find the certificate. It is just a small piece of paper. I went by the fitness center and was told without the paper there is nothing they can do. They have a book with duplicate receipts at the desk. I have the receipt where it was paid on my debit card. They still say they can't do anything. They do not keep records of when you have services there so they couldn't prove I didn't have the massage. Love the environment at this place. The last gym I belonged to spent about 15 mins with me showing me the equipment. When I had my evaluation here Regina spent an hour and a half with me. She is great.
Love the gym environment and also love the programs for the kids. I have a 4 year old and I can do my normal routine and know that my son is in good hands.
