L Kylie was an amazing triage nurse! She was so kind, caring, and attentive, and really took the time to listen and make me feel comfortable. You can tell she truly cares about her patients.
I got a tray of food at 5:45 pm. It is 6:35 and I still do NOT have a spoon or fork.
