Was admitted via ambulance for a broken hip on February 8th. The charge nurse, Sarah was very attentive and professional. The next charge nurse was loud, rude, condescending and tarnished the reputation of the few who were trying to deliver quality health care. He needs counseling on people skills and professionalism. Can not recommend St. Mary’s Hopital.
If I could give them no stars, I absolutely would. I went in with very fast heart rate, pain in chest and down my left arm. I was made to sit in the waiting room for about 30 MINUTES before they were even able to pull me back for an EKG. During that point my condition worsened and I began to feel numbness all over my body and my vision began to give out. Still after all that im made to wait AGAIN for another 15min before I can get a room. I have SVT, Mitral Valve Prolapse, and Marfan Syndrome. If you are a medical profession... read more
They killed my mother this time last year. They gave her too much anesthesia and she didn’t wake up for four days and the next day they give her same anesthesia and she didn’t wake up. The head Dr wouldn’t even talk to the family so he sent someone that wasn’t on surgery to tell us she died and head dr was too busy to explain how they killled my mom.
