I visited this clinic for some lab work, and had a great experience from start to finish. The receptionist and nurse were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. Everything was fast, efficient, and well-organized. The facility was very clean and clearly well-staffed, which added to the overall comfort. I have an anaphylactic allergy to a medication and when they noted the allergy in my chart, they wrote that my reaction is "swelling." I asked an acquaintance who is a medical instructor whether the discrepancy is serious enough to bring up with them and she said it is a life or death mistake. As in, that mistake could cost my life. I didn't say anything about it and went to my annual checkup. I told the nurse I've started having hot flashes that wake me up at night. She said, "nothing can be done."
