This office is closing and not opening up again for several months. They are almost impossible to reach even though they advised patients they would handle refills and emergencies. I am having one of those emergencies that my regular doctor can't address but it's not severe enough to need a ER visit. They never answer the phone to schedule appointments and they have over a month waiting list.
I abhor going to endocrinology appointments normally.. In my past experiences doctors made me feel shameful and dishearted about my blood sugars and it got in the way of me making any real progress, but not here. Doctor Alice Koech is absolutely AMAZING! I only met with her a few times and the progress I'm making right now is speaking volumes! She's kind and considerate and really makes you feel empowered to take control of your diabetes.
