I abhor going to endocrinology appointments normally.. In my past experiences doctors made me feel shameful and dishearted about my blood sugars and it got in the way of me making any real progress, but not here. Doctor Alice Koech is absolutely AMAZING! I only met with her a few times and the progress I'm making right now is speaking volumes! She's kind and considerate and really makes you feel empowered to take control of your diabetes. I've been seeing Jan for my thyroid for the past 18 months and I can't say enough good things about her. She actually listens and takes the time to explain things to me. I highly recommend this place.
Just got off the phone with Michelle, Somebody give this dog a bone, SO RUDE and unprofessional. Hire better help!
