Negative expirences all around. I am only putting 2 stars because they are harder to take down. I have been dealing with the same thing for years now. The nurses and dismissive and not sympathetic. The scheduling is so tight, being seen for something potentially life threatening isn't enough of a reason to squeeze someone in. Disappointing. I will be looking into St. Lukes next time around.
Nurses were really sweet to my kids after my visit with suckers & stickers. Nice Dr as well
Was supposed to be scheduled for interventional radiology today. When I called at 8:00 AM was told they would be calling back to schedule me. No phone call from them and a follow up call to them was met with indifference and being told to call back on Monday and try again. Of course they don’t care, they get to charge you as if there were any concern on their part.
The specialist are decent but regular doctors and ER staff need their medical license revoked. Absolutely horrible people.
