Do not let their new cheap prices trick you into moving into apartments that reek of pee and have absolutely no amenities. The garbage gets over filled constantly with trash spilling into the drive way, and if you’re lucky enough, you’ll have to pay all the utilities for your building because they refuse to send out the bill correctly, or send out the invoice your lease implies you are required to receive. If I could give this apartment complex & management a ZERO I would. A Doctor's note should be absolutely accepted to end a lease. This will be reported to the BBB and to HUD, DHSH departments. This is wrong when a resident has provided a letter from a doctor (PCP) to let a patient out of lease due to anxiety and fear of the property, this is CAUSE for a lease to be terminated with out repercussion. This is ridiculous that this property has slum lords running it. I do NOT recommend renting this property EVER!!! To anyone.
No on-site management, apts are way over priced for the condition they are in, have 3 washers and dryers for entire complex. Right next to train that runs ALL HOURS day and night. People speed here big time. I do like that people are friendly but also don't bug you. Would be nice if had a real play area for kids seeing as its right on a very busy toad/intersection.
