This is a beautiful place right next to the state park..... It used to be a convent turned into apartments for seniors 55 and older hopefully I will be managing this property it is so beautiful so green with trees. Just love it
Who raise rent a 100 a year ,Your building is falling apart. And you go by income. Shame on you. Govern Kathy should come to see this place.
Not great... All they care about is the money, not the residents... Elevators been broken for a month now!!!! Most people there have walkers and canes to walk with.... Stairs are horrendous!!!! There are elderly people living there that aren't able to walk up and down the stairs!!!!They don't care!!!! Maintenance crew is bad!!!!
Look at them Last year, Manager told me they just put up the rents 100 month in 2023.Now you put them up again 100 plus a month. Who puts rent up that high, You have a income limit 1 person 30,000 a year 2 person 35000 .You were just on the News for not taking care of Roof leaking for years. The halls had dirty carpet ,and smell .And was so hot the manager was dripping with sweat .You need to stop raising rents. Cause now you have a lot of empty apartment.another increase 100 dollars May 2024
