My grandmother is on their hospice floor and I was told by my grandfather that the palliative care nurse told him I was not aloud back up there to see my grandmother. She then removed me off the list. I did nothing wrong! Maybe it was my emotions, I don’t know but they should be better trained to deal with that. I think she was just abusing her authority. Nothing was said to me personally. Then after visiting hours were over three security guards came outside where I was and demanded me to give them my visitor pass. I explai... read more

I had security called on me when trying to bring my 6 day old son in to the women and children's emergency room to see his mother for feeding. My wife had to stay overnight and I had to take my son with me when I left in the morning to deal with our dogs at home. (per the hospital staff). When I tried to come back 4 hours later I gave them my wife's name and room number. They then proceeded to ask me several questions after I asked them to call the nurse upstairs. my son was getting fussy because it was feeding time and I as... read more

I was just told, as my wife was being called back to her first consultation following a recent diagnosis, that I couldn't see the doctor with her due to COVID-19 restrictions. We have been married for 11 years. We can and should be able to go anywhere we want to together and be involved in each other's medical decisions if that is what we want. I went through the same screening and had the same mask on. There is no reason I should not be allowed to go with her.

As for surgical services yes because they helped my dad. But policies involving Covid and visitors...one day your allowed to wheel them to the room or bathroom the next day no. One floor let’s you another does not. Also you need to check your phones in the waiting area. My mom tried to call someone to take her back to my dads room and it just rang. Also hardly no cell service so she barely was able to get ahold of me to go to the front and ask someone to help her. Not a fan of these on again off again rules

sadly, on June 3rd of 2020 I was denied a doctor's visit in ultimately do denied healthcare that day because I wouldn't submit to covering my face with a mask. there is indisputable truth taste of fun fact that this over a. of time causes hypoxia, etc. I suffer from severe chronic pain. multiple sclerosis, degenerative bone disease and arthritis in both hips and knees and quite frankly am not only unwilling but unable to Don a mask to receive healthcare. it would seem you're trained doctors practicing medicine and I emphasiz... read more

my husband is in your hospital icu unit right now. The nurses and other staff there are amazing. However the nurse named Jennifer from critical care support to family is judgemental, rude and assumes far to much when she has never met the patient or family members. Someone in upper management needs to address how she presents herself to families and patients. I wouldn't ever recommend her to anyone for any kind of support!!!!! But I thank everyone else who has taken amazing care of my husband.
