The first appointment my mother had was wonderful. The staff was caring and gave us great care and recommendations. Her follow up was a whole different story however. She arrived 1/2 hour before her scheduled appointment only to find the doors locked and no one in the office. I thought that perhaps I had the wrong day, I did not however as another gentleman also had a scheduled appointment for the same day and was quite upset to find no one there as well. I called 5 days ago - I tried several times , they never answer the phone. So I left a message , I’m still waiting for a call back ! What kind of Dr ‘s office doesn’t call back - ? Do they practice telepathic healing ?
Excellent care for my wounds! They really know what they are doing. The BIG negative is trying to call them. You never get anyone to answer or callback. Its very frustrating!
