Everytime I go I never have to wait long to see the nurse in triage, and doesn't take long to be called by staff to take you to the waiting room to see a doctor, and it's fairly quiet there to because everything is so fast paced, and I find the doctors and nurses to be more friendly, and professional here rather than Grand River hospital.
For 8 hours we still have been waiting for the Dr to see us even without knowing when she is going to come. My daughter fell and hit her mouth in her sleep due to feeling dizy and injured her chin and lip. Her lip has a deep slit. I hope no one needs to come here.
deserve zero stars, bunch of useless inexperienced clowns. all you good at is prescribe pain killer but not treat the cause.
