Asked for medical records cause I was going to move was told when the time cameshe said she would just hand them to me. Don't make her mad or she will turn on you. It took her three weeks .She emailed them to me and they were full of lies. Thankfully I was able to get the records without her so called notes.i saw her for fives years and was shocked by her behavior.
I was skeptical at first. I had to find another provider when I found that my current provider was not on my plan as the insurance said, and I really didn't want to find another one. The main reason for choosing this insurance was that my doctor was shown on their website to be a provider, which she was not! Painful lesson learned, since I could not switch insurance plans. I had a really positive experience at St.Marys clinic. From the moment I walked in, Megan at the reception desk was welcoming and attentive. Dr.Remi was especially kind and understanding, & incredibly patient, taking the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Remi is one of the most informative and caring doctors I’ve ever been to in my 31 years. I had a really awful experience at a previous doctor, which honestly kept me from the doctor for a few years. I explained what happened, and she was so supportive and said she’d base my potential treatment plans around what’s comfortable for me! Keep in mind, this was my very first visit with her. Dr Remi and her staff are incredibly kind and friendly, and this clinic's services are great! I came in to try lazer hair removal for the first time and saw amazing progress after only two treatments. Dr Remi not only provided great service but has been patient and caring when I've had any questions or concerns. I've been so happy and a lot more confident, I will definitely be coming back!
