I had a very bad experience having a surgery in this center. I believe they won't provide you with the support you need either. The surgery was delayed for few hours, which is understandable, but after my foot surgery they were supposed to send me home with walker or crutches. They said it's too late now and our supply store is closed!! It was a Friday night and they asked me to wait till Monday morning for them to open !! Worst service ever. There are over 10.patients waiting 2 be seen. We've been waiting for over 4 hours each no lie. Not sure what is going on but I WILL NEVER RTURN AGAIN. NO COMMICATIOM.BUT STAFF MEMBERS. JUST HAVE W EVERYONE SITTING HERE WAITING. I HONESTLY HAVE NEVER HAD 2 DEAL WITH THIS AT A DIFF HSOPITAL. YOUD THINK ST MARYS IS A.GREAT HOSPITAL. WRONG!!!! I was literally terrified going in here as I had never had a major surgery or gone under general anesthesia before. I was soon comforted by the amazing staff here and was put at ease. Not to mention, the facility is very nice and clean. I had a great first surgery experience here, and I don't think I'll ever be scared again to have surgery.
Very impressed with the care I had at the St Mary Outpatient Surgery Center. The center is beautiful and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Nursing and support staff explained what was happening very well and everything was very organized. You can tell the staff all enjoy working there! They made the whole process very smooth and comfortable. No complaints about my experience at the center and would recommend it if your physician can operate there.
