Today i was in st.mary medical center emergency room, with my 7 month old she fell 4 days ago and in a next day she had fever, I went urgent care they don’t checked her well, but here they check her very very well, I didn’t wait, they took her immediately also the doctors and nurses so professional and very polite, as mom now I’m going home with a calm heart because they checked her well and helped me a lot. St. Mary’s is by far THE WORST out of any hospital I’ve been to. Their medical staff is completely incompetent and most of the nurses can barely speak simple English. The facility is rundown and dilapidated to say the least, very unprofessional setting. Stay as far away from St. Mary’s as you can!!! Their history of medical malpractice goes back for years, Save yourself while you can!
if you don’t want lasting trauma from an emergency room visit please make sure you’re not being treated by a middle aged woman wearing rainbows all over her (sorry I didn’t get to catch her name but it’s hard to miss) and also be prepared to hear from the nurses station a bunch of gossip about patients who are in pain and a vulnerable, uncomfortable position. 1 more thing, don’t expect to have any general respect from the majority of nursing staff because they are absolutely miserable and hate their jobs.
