I was referred here by the emergency room. I can barely walk because of the problem I was sent there for. They were aware of this, then when I get there they tell me there was nothing they could do for me which they could’ve just called and said. I walked out of there in incredible pain with no relief. Thankfully I didn’t have to pay a copay. Then I reach out to them for a Drs note stating that I have this issue. That’s it. Feeling IGNORED, a lithotripsy was discussed then decided "nah let's wait another year" after telling them that I have been having pain for well over a year. I waited patiently to get an appointment here to be told this. I have lost 3 jobs to due to pain, nobody wants to hire someone throwing up on the job. Called can not LVM. Refused to contact my RX provider for an approval. Left all the work up to me. Totally unorganized. Two appointments canceled due to doctor not available but won't continue the prescriptions to resolve my health condition.

Twice they canceled but forgot to let me know— each time claimed they called (showed them my cell phone and there were no messages).
