Living here is the absolute worst decision I’ve ever made. If you’re thinking about moving in, don’t. This place is a complete disaster, and my experience has been dominated by two of the most unbearable neighbors imaginable: John Benjamin Zamojski and Blake Robert Ricker. Homeless drug addicts hang out in the front entry having to he kicked out by police several times a week. This became a real problem about a year ago and nothing was done to keep them away making it feel unsafe to continue living there. It was a great apartment until this started happening.

We loved living in the St. Mary's Apartments through Townline Realty. The building has a ton of charm and the two units that we lived in over the past 4 years were classy, spacious, and unique. The neighbors were very friendly, there is a ton to do just being a short walk into downtown, and the revitalization of this Duluth neighborhood is really becoming apparent. We highly recommend making your home with Townline at St. Mary's Apartments!
