ABSOLUTELY NOT! They were HORRIBLE from administration to the aides. My dad had PARKINSON’S, could not swallow very well without getting choked…he was never put on liquid diet but meals were placed in his room (out of reach) while he was STARVING! Never met a physician but someone managed to prescribe unnecessary drugs. He was taken to the hospital one evening (mind you during Covid) and the ER physician there couldn’t believe all the meds he was on. The leadership is AWFUL! The Executive Director Noah does not return voicemails from family members. The staff turnover is very high because of the awful management. The air conditioning has been broken for 6 months. Most of the residents are fed up and are moving out. I do NOT recommend St. Martins. ++++ The canned response below is insulting because it implies that we have not been in communication trying to resolve the broken air conditioning since November.
The staff here is amazing and genuinely care for the residents.
