The leadership is AWFUL! The Executive Director Noah does not return voicemails from family members. The staff turnover is very high because of the awful management. The air conditioning has been broken for 6 months. Most of the residents are fed up and are moving out. I do NOT recommend St. Martins. ++++ The canned response below is insulting because it implies that we have not been in communication trying to resolve the broken air conditioning since November.
The staff here is amazing and genuinely care for the residents.
Do NOT ever send your loved ones to this place. They do not treat them with care, they do not take care of them. They are more interested in making the front of it look like a wonderful place but go back to the back to the rooms and look how nasty it is and they leave them in a depends for hours without getting them changed. When we made a complaint and was going back to take pictures they quickly tried to get him to another hospital. If you love your family members do NOT send them there.
