I love them. They try hard to get you in and get your work done and get you out. I feel like the registration desk valuesmy time and tried hard to be efficient. And the medical staff is wonderful.
I enrolled in breastfeeding class by Wendy on July 14,2018. It was really good and helpful. before the class I didn't have any ideas about breastfeeding challenges and was not confident about being able to breastfeed.
My experience in labor and delivery was nothing short than amazing. I had two of the most patient, caring, attentive and amazing nurses ever. Rene and Tracy along with Dr Watts made a great team. I know I was probably not the easiest patient. (19 hours later and some issues with pain painted quite a colorful picture.) But everyone involved in my delivery (including Ken from the Nicu & the night Resp Therapist) helped me pull it off when I felt like giving up. I couldn’t have done it without them. My husband and I took the weekend birthing class crash course taught by Tawna. It was very insightful, and helped us understand what preparations we needed to make in order to be as ready as we could for the day of delivery. I would definitely recommend this class for couples to learn about the process together!
Apparently they get to bill you for whatever they think is reasonable to them with only vague non informative reasoning. Their 3rd party billing company NPAS is a joke, only willing to discount 20% when willing to pay in full. It’s well known they sell off any uncollected bills for a penny to the dollar but are not willing to settle any debts with people that are cooperative and communicate. There is no better care center than St. Mark's Women's Center. They are efficient, professional and knowledgeable. My mammogram appointment was for 8 a.m. today. I arrived at 7:40 and left at 8:10. Heather registered me quickly; Anne, the person doing the procedure, knew so much and was very personable. I like the care she took. Love you guys! Thanks so much!
My husband and I took the BABY STEPS CLASS, our instructor was RICKIE, she is the sweetest person ever and her class has been tremendously helpful. We just want to say thank you very much for this fantastic prenatal class, we’ve learnt so much. We highly recommend this class to anyone having a baby !
My husband and I recently took the Natural childbirth class at St. Mark’s. We loved the class, and the instructor Andrea was excellent!
We took the 6 week childbirth class with Wendy and had an excellent experience. We learned so much in each class and feel much more prepared for the labor and delivery of our baby girl. We also loved the last class on breastfeeding and learned a lot of useful information on the ins and outs of getting started. Wendy was a great teacher and we enjoyed getting to know our classmates as well. It was a great environment and my husband and I are grateful to have had this opportunity.
