My husband and I received excellent care from Dr. Joseph and then Dr. Lawlor, but they are long gone. We experienced continual frustration with the office, however, as did our pharmacy. Prescriptions weren't sent and no one answered the phone at St. Mark's Senior Health Center. We could only leave voicemails for our doctor's nurse and wait hours for a response. The nurse practioner, Nancy Pham, questioned meds prescribed by my cardiologist. Talked too fast, would not listen, refused to discuss a medication I have taken since 2009. Wanted to prescribe Adderall which I do not want to take with a heart stynt, CKD Stage 3 and hypertension. I arrived at 1:40 and left at 2:55. Spent approximately 10 minutes with her. Got the heck out of there. My opinion, the nurse practioner needs to learn how to listen and shut up for five seconds. I am 74 and have never experienced such lack of profes... read more

I live 1/2 block from here, I was looking for a pcp because diagnosed with heart problems, but was told none of the doctors could see me & I would have to see a nurse practitioner. Declined as they typically overlook problems and this seems to be what all doctors offices are doing they cherry pick their patients and dump the rest on assistants

First time taking my 92 year old father here. Dr Rahimi was very good with Dad and very thorough. All the staff were very nice and extremely helpful. We will continue to come here.
