The doctors and staff were great while I was in the ER at St Marks. I appreciate their skill and excellence while I was in their care.
We had a good experience in the ER but it was apparent they were very busy. We waited what we believed to be an excessive amount of time to have anything done. We were told the lab was behind which is why lab work took so long to come back and that negatively affected subsequent care as the Dr. needed lab results to recommend treatment. After the Dr said she’d take care of discharge instructions, we waited a full hour before calling the nurse to ask if discharge was ready.
