Denell in Hospice was wonderful. She helped me.& guided me, as my late dad didnt want hospice care. I texted & called her with questions throughout a couple of weeks and she was there when he was found passed away. We found him within hours. He didn't wanna be disturbed his last week. So Dannel & I calculated the timing. All went the best it could.
Saint Marie's hospice was a Godsend for us. Starting with just needing a little bit of help through palliative care to hospice care with medicine, nurses, supplies, and pastor. They guided us through the steps that we needed to take with all options available to my dad. They were kind and understanding. They took the time to talk to my dad and even kid around with him and we saw the happy and funny dad we always knew. They were not just there for him , but they were there for my whole family.
My experience partnering with St. Marie’s Hospice has been nothing but great! Denell, the hospice consultant, is kind, gentle, personable, and truly in the right career field. From day one, her compassion was evident, and I will continue to refer her to anyone in need of hospice services.
