Dr. Wesley & the rest of the evening team (seriously, THE WHOLE team - receptionist, CNA, RN, &X-ray tech) were wonderful! They were kind & communicative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this office!
Poor customer service with Dr. Kopperud's staff. Received a text for my appointment for 1:50pm. Arrived @ 1:50 to be turned away because they advised I needed 20min to fill out paperwork. Huge waste of time. Staff never mentioned that additional time was needed.
I had a great experience here recently. The entire process was extremely quick and efficient. Exam, chest xray, respiratory treatment, Dx, and Rxs all in under an hour. Boom in and out with competent practitioners.
Had a great experience at St Luke's Eagle Urgent Care with a recent minor foot injury. From the receptionist (Nikki), the nurses and the medical practitioner (Garrett), everyone was very friendly, empathetic and professional. Got examined, X-rayed, medicated and fitted for a walking boot in under 2 hours. Highly recommended.
