Horrible experience. Probably the worst urgent care visit I’ve had. Went in for a toenail injury. They removed the bandage on my toe, said they couldn’t help me, and sent me on my way (without rewrapping my toe). I made a big deal at the front desk and they finally took me back in and wrapped my toe back up like it was when I got there. While doing so I heard the PA and nurses making fun of how ugly my toes were and how they were hideous. On top of that they charged me $204. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I visited with ear pain and the staff got me in so quickly and assessed I had something lodged in my ear. Both the Nurse Practitioner and the Doctor handled my panic SO well and did absolutely everything they could to remove the item. They explained everything they were going to do and next steps and put me at ease. I am so thankful for their help!!

The ladies who took their weight and initial stats were rude, un caring, short and very unhelpful. I asked if my daughter could lay back (she could hardly hold her head up and there wasn't room for 2 wheelchairs in the room) she said she'd help when she was done asking me questions.. a few mins later she came over and stomped on the control to lay the table down without any words or notice. They came in wi... read more
