Overall pretty disappointed with the level of care I received. The lady at check in was nice as was the lady who initially took me back. When the doctor car in, he didn't initially introduce himself, he simply said "So what's up?" Pretty unprofessional but later introduced himself. I got a test done and was waiting on results. A third person came in to take one more swab and didn't go over results or anything. I was simply given paperwork and told I was good to go. Was evaluated for a persisting cough and sore throat by some great and smart people that deserve a shout out. Christian Gelok NP, Christine RN, and Rian were great tonight!
