Christian Geloc was rude with an elven tongue, and spoke down to my Fianc� until he actually saw her ear infection. As soon as he took a look he was already attempting damage control before he was done with the check. Him not having anything to do, quickly became sending a prescription out. He's certainly not helping with doctors' reputations of being arrogant, dismissive and rude.

As long as you have to go to Urgent Care, then my experience today was what you’d hope for. ALL personnel, from entrance to exit, were kind, compassionate, didn’t rush, explained things thoroughly, took time for questions, and threw in some humor and positivity to boot. A+++++
