I would never go here again. My friend is afraid of needles and they had to give her a shot and had no patience. The nurse was saying things like “I’m not doing this. I just won’t give it to you. I can have the doctor come in and do it then.” because my friend was having anxiety about it and needed to a moment breathe and prepare. EXTREMELY IMPATIENT AND RUDE. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
If I could leave no stars I would absolutely do that. My visit this week with Dr. Wesley was beyond disappointing. He kept referring to “Dr google” and when I was explaining my symptoms and how I wanted to just be checked because it’s very unusual for me to have any symptoms as I’ve had. He said “dr google will do that to you and get you all worked up” I stated that I didn’t google symptoms and was just concerned. i genuinely can say that everytime i’ve called this place or spoke to a front desk person they’ve all been extremely rude. the person i was just on the phone with cut me off multiple times, and hung up on me while i was talking. extremely sad, as the medical care was great. but i don’t even feel comfortable coming and talking to yall anymore.
I have been to this urgent care quite a few times with my sick kiddos. This visit was excellent like most of my other experiences here. The nurses were kind and caring and the doctor, Christopher Nicholas, was very thorough. We appreciate having this great urgent care close by for the times like these. The service was very quick as well.
Way good service. World class service. Wesley and all that worked with him are wonderful. Wesley is very knowledgeable, confident and nice to work with . They got on top of immediate testing right away for our oldest son. This location is our go to place for now on.
