went in for sinus infection type issues, no one was there I got there at open so they weren't rushing around cas of being busy,I felt rushed I was told a virus no relief for anything, I will no go back, another donation made for absolutely nothing. front desk girl was nice but the nurse practitioner was very pushy and rushed you out. she checked for strep that was it. I guess this place should probably start reading there reviews and making changes. I love St Luke's hospital but urgent care nooooo way.
They were all so friendly and we will definitely go back when needed.
I went in tonight. I was unable to get into my doctor until the end of January so I went to the "doc n the box" for some relief. I'm assuming her name is Dawn from past reviews... She did absolutely nothing for me. I waited in the room to be seen for almost 1 1/2 hours for her to come in, barely examine me and tell me I need to exercise. $50 for that? Give me a break. Wouldn't come in if your sick, felt like Dawn treated me like I had some sort of disease. Came in to get swabbed for influenza and she said there is no reason to get swabbed, It's painful. I've been sick for 5 days, co worker next to me came up positive for Influenza A, I am pregnant which puts me into a high risk and my doctor wanted me to get swabbed. Disappointed that this is a St. Lukes facility. Will not be coming back.
