My experience there was atrocious! Never, not once did anyone there do an actual examination of my back by touching or feeling for problem areas. I was receiving steroid injections with Dr Quereshi. He hit my sciatic nerve that felt like electric shock all the way down my leg. I asked him twice to take the needle out only responding with the medicine is almost in. Dr. Wert is a top-notch physician that empathizes and understands his patients concerns. He does a fairly good job at putting the patient at ease during procedures, stratifying the benefits and risks, and in setting realistic (not idealistic) expectations around pain management. I would recommend him to anyone. However, I was surprised to learn that Spine & Pain does not encourage their Physicians the continue the practice of OMT as part of a whole-body approach to pain

I am a long time patient of Dr Qureishi. I absolutely love this doctor and have recommended him in the past to many others. However my recent experience with his assistant has given me great concern. I was seen in the ER and they found a fractured vertebrae, they recommended I see my current pain physician. I called them and requested Urgent help. They returned my call 20 Hours later. Gave m we minimal pain meds, that did not help. And advised me to have a scan to see if I had bone thinning. I had to have my primary DR. call... read more
