My wife and I took my son here. The doctors a cool dude. No complaints with him... First of all it's basically impossible to get a human being on the phone before 11 am when I've been in their office for appointments at 7:15 am while three sometimes four woman are sitting chatting about their weekends casserole ignoring the phone. I love Dr. Harrison but could not stand the women at the front desk (the older looking lady to the right with dyed blonde hair). She's extremely rude and made our experience there unpleasant. We decided to relocate due to the attitude we would receive every time we'd call or go there. It's unfortunate St. Luke's allows somebody like that to be the first person you talk to when you walk in. Shame on them
Just tryed calling to see why they canceled my daughter's appointment, and it still goes to the answering services. They say open at 7 so why is it still going to the answering services.
No one answers the phone and you cant leave a message
Have been taking our daughter to this pediatric office for years and found everyone to be outstanding.
