Stopped in asking where I could find COVID and strep over the counter tests. The assistant working the desk said I had to get those done in the clinic there, She wouldn't produce pricing but assured me the whole visit wouldn't cost more than $200. Recieved a bill months later for $1,400. All for two cheek swabs and entering the info off my license into the computer (they charged $300 just for that) 20 minutes in all, 2 minutes to do the "exam". I called at 2:45pm asked what their hours were and told them my symptoms to be sure I could be treated there, they said yes they could see me that they were open until 7pm today and to come on up when I got off work at 5pm. I arrived at 5:27pm from superior to find their doors locked, and no one there. The pharmacy for the grocery store stated they left due to no staffing. That wasn't mentioned during my phone call. There's already a very limited amount of urgent care & walk in clinics where I'm from that are st lukes relate... read more
