Horribly over scheduled and long wait times to go in for appointments. My 89 year old mother had a 11:45 appt on a friday. I went in at 12:30 to pick her up and was told she had just gone back- so 45 minutes late! I said her appt was 11:45, and I was told by HB " It is a Friday, the doctor doesn't start till 10 and he works thru lunch"... ummm... so what...NOT the patients problem... he started at 10 and by 11:45 he was running 45 minutes late. Terrible experience. I waited and waited in the waiting room much too long. Then I waited in the patient room. My appt was 5:15. At 6pm I came out to the front desk and I told the receptionist I had to go. The other office I waited an hour. No one came in to give me an update or even shared how much longer it might have been. I'm very understanding but I was not pleased...no communication. When I shared I had to go the receptionist said " can't you stay a little longer.? Very friendly office. Doctor is very informative! Would easily refer this office, to anyone needing it's services.

I see Dr. Jung Lee as my podiatrist. He is always pleasant but somewhat quiet. Usually the office staff are professional, except for the receptionist on this particular day. There was a different young lady there with reddish hair. I was told to be there at 7:45, which I was. She completely ignored me as I stood at the window. Eventually, I just sat down. She never called me up to check in.
