It reminded me to self-care, refreshed my mind on coping skills and provided me with new ones. This was the perfect program to put my mental health back on the right track.
This program was wonderful for my mental health, I learned a lot of ways to deal with life and felt supported by both the staff and other patients. The staff were all so kind and made me feel heard, and I improved a lot during my time here. Thank you for such a great experience, it was a lot of fun!
the program is fine, i guess you learn good coping skills. but i’m worse off when i came in; i was stressed because of money issues and this program gave me so much more debt.
