The staff at the St. Luke’s Sacred Heart Partial Hospital Program for mental health was professional, experienced, supportive, kind, and understanding. I learned so much about myself through all of their different groups. Music therapy, art therapy, DBT, and many other groups that helped me to get back on track to mental health recovery. I was skeptical at first as this was my first experience with a PHP. Intake was fast and productive. The group setting was a great way to hear other's experiences. On top of that all the staff were very supportive and would take their personal time to talk to you. I hope you you don't need their services, but if you do, it is a great place.
It reminded me to self-care, refreshed my mind on coping skills and provided me with new ones. This was the perfect program to put my mental health back on the right track.
