We have been using speech & occupational therapy in the pediatrics center. This has been very helpful for my toddler. Ms. Alex, our speech therapist is an angel. She does a wonderful job in helping the kid and goes beyond expectation. Ms. Abby, our OT is also very kind and helpful. They prepare a great plan each week and my son loves going there. What an amazing facility! It’s always spotless, with friendly front desk staff and truly dedicated therapists. I’ve been bringing my son here for some time, and he looks forward to every session with his therapist. He feels safe, loved, and cared for — and always has so much fun playing different games. My son received feeding therapy from Brandi (SLP) and Nicole (OT). After seeing various other providers at different health networks with no progress, I was discouraged and spinning my wheels. In a short amount of time, Brandi and Nicole helped my son develop the skills he needed to eat safely. Feeding my child 3+ times per day used to be so anxiety provoking for me as a mother and now, thanks to the St. Luke's team, meals are just another part of our daily routine. It really has changed our family's life. Thank you!
We did food therapy with Nicole Wooldridge for my 5 year old picky eater. I feel so lucky we got her as his OT! She had my son playing and interacting with foods he would not have touched previously. She was great with him and my son enjoyed coming to “food school” each week. My son is now more willing to try a new food, and Nicole gave us plenty of tips to keep his progress going at home. Definitely recommend this program and “Miss Nicole”!
The staff including Manager was unprofessional and incompetent when it came to addressing concerns for Pediatric patients. My issue was not handled well and I was told to go to Urgent care.
