Even though I marked my review as recommend I received subpar service yesterday. My child had a 3:00 appointment. I did leave a little late and called to let them know I’d be even later due to construction. I am aware there is a 10 minute late re-schedule policy. I was hoping for leniency due to construction. Instead I was greeted with a “doctor is busy until the end of August. He can have his hemoglobin tested at 12 months and doesn’t need to be seen for his 9 month appointment”. Love St. Luke's Pediatrics and our doctor, Dr. Westrum. Have taken great care of us for the past 2 years and counting. Friendly helpful staff and a very nice warm clinic.
