Now that all the information about vaccines are coming out i feel I can talk about this. 5years ago I used to take my son here and the doc constantly ignore my concerns. I asked constantly about information about the vaccines she was giving him and she would just gaslight me. I noticed regress in my son and when I voiced what was happening and tried to asked her questions she would brush me off. She was rude and dismissive. I'd give it below one star. Nobody ever answers or calls back. I had to take my one sick son to urgent care because Nobody cared to call me back after calling them 6 times on hold 12 mins at a time. I'm doing this while at my job! They didn't even put my other sons mental health appointment in the system or his second appointment in the system. It was like we were never there. I’m extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this pediatric office. We waited over 50 minutes past our scheduled appointment time with no communication or warning in advance from anyone in the office. What made it worse was the lack of courtesy and respect from the reception staff who seem to always have a negative demeanor when being checked in and out. The staff is rude and disrespectful, they change appointment times without me knowing and canceling appointments I never canceled, please stop taking your children here the doctors dont even stay there, its a different sets a of doctors every time, they will never see my children again, the front desk women are terrible and if that window was not there I garenntee that would not talk to people they way they do! Trust me!
