I’m extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this pediatric office. We waited over 50 minutes past our scheduled appointment time with no communication or warning in advance from anyone in the office. What made it worse was the lack of courtesy and respect from the reception staff who seem to always have a negative demeanor when being checked in and out. The staff is rude and disrespectful, they change appointment times without me knowing and canceling appointments I never canceled, please stop taking your children here the doctors dont even stay there, its a different sets a of doctors every time, they will never see my children again, the front desk women are terrible and if that window was not there I garenntee that would not talk to people they way they do! Trust me!
