Multimillion-dollar company and they can't afford toilet paper for a seniors toosh
Had an appointment at 9am, got there at 8:45, waited until 10:45 until I finally got taken back to a room. Then I waited another half hour before I finally asked what was going on and if the doctor would be in to see me soon. I was told to wait another half hour. Needless to say I left at that point without being seen. I would not recommend to anyone.
After having knee replacement in March, 2025, I am doing very well. I sing the praises of Dr. Gilson. He was and is an incredibly wonderful surgeon. He is an excellent listener and is truly interested in what you have to say and answers questions. If I need my other knee done he’s the surgeon for me. Thank you!!!
Top to bottom professionalism at its best other doctors in other places forgot about humanity not at.lukes beginning to end my appointment was great
