Took wife last week for appointment. We waited 45 minutes didn't get in. Had to work. Rescheduled today. Waiting again. Went to ask if she was going in soon. Told to "keep my voice down. You can't talk to me that way. " I have hearing issues. I talk loud. I then started getting loud. She was looking at her phone. Got upset n left, the attitude too much. We are going to another office n doctor. My wife isn't comp. She's patient and an employee also.
