Told to arrive to appt by 7:40 since it was occ health I had to wait for the specific window waited for 30 minutes for them. Finally called up and the lady at the desk had an attitude I told her I was here for my appt she started texting then had informed me that she didn’t think anyone was available to do my appt. She proceeded to log in to her email and finally got up and asked a coworker if there was someone available. They also didn’t give me all the shots I needed and didn’t find out until after I had left the office.
Very unhappy, I went for a job related physical. The doctor was nice, the staff was nice. All seemed fine. A month later I get repeated phone calls from someone named Vanessa, who leaves the wrong phone number, and wants to question me about the medications I take. Medications that are prescribed by my family doctor of 20 years. I don’t understand what this has to do with a work related physical. Frankly, I don’t think it is any of their business. Doc acted like I was wasting his time. I had a bad ankle injury, while sitting across the room he said it was a sprain. I had to beg him for an x-ray, sure enough it was broken. I'll go somewhere else next time for sure.
