I love Dr. Chad Saunders. On my first visit, he spent over an hour getting to know me so he can understand my condition and treat it properly.
The first visit to the Neurology Associates back in October 2024, I feel, went very well. We were seen by the PA Winnie who was extremely knowledgeable and informative when she communicated, in great detail, the results of my husband's brain scan. She had greeted my husband and I quite pleasantly and right away eased our fears. She answered all of our questions without hesitation. The nursing department failed to contact my mother about her MRI results labeled "priority", from the neurologist. My mom found out about her MRI results via paper mail. The letter was actually from radiology. They were sending a reminder about following up with testing, not neurology. Then my Mom had to initiate the phone calls to make follow up appointments and testing.
