Terrible. Double booking appointments. Making patients wait over an hour on top of scheduling my appointment months late because they don’t know how to schedule accordingly or inform patients of doctors leaving
I have found a fantastic neurologist, Lauren Pickett. She listens to my concerns and gives great advice When she moved from the center valley office to the Anderson campus I followed her. It is hard to find a doctor that you have a great rapport with. I highly recommend her if you want a great neurologist.
When you walk into 1700, a bunch of ppl are in the lobby doing different things. The receptionist has you wait in line to check in on the computers, causing more ppl to be in the lobby. Why doesn't she just check you in???!!!!
If you have an active issue they don't care. They let you deal with it for over a month and continue to do nothing
I love Dr. Chad Saunders. On my first visit, he spent over an hour getting to know me so he can understand my condition and treat it properly.
