Absolutely worst experience I have had thus far with a provider. I was sent to this neurologist as a community care provider through the VA. I was prescribed a medication by this provider that has to go to the VA to be filled. I have had to call several times to get this neurologist to fax the prescription tot he VA. The medication is non formulary so there is a form the neurology office has to fill out and fax back to the VA. The VA has sent the neurologist the form several times and they have yet to send the form back. I h... read more

I have had migraines most of my life. The last couple years they have become worse. My doctor ordered an MRI and follow up with Dr Kaplan. My MRI was scheduled in February but the soonest I could get an appointment with Dr Kaplan was May 27! I then received a letter advising me my appointment was canceled and I needed to reschedule. I called and was told the soonest I could get in was the middle of July! I was not happy with that! The person I was speaking to instantly transfered me to someones voice mail. So, no appointment... read more
