I went in with a friend, and all of the providers were disrespectful, and did not search for an answer, but utilized judgement and her past to identify an “illness.” The overgeneralization of care here scares me, and I will not be returning again.
On the road our daughter developed a hematoma as a side effect to medication. We were seen promptly and treated with courtesy and respect. The office is clean and professional. A nurse practitioner (Valerie) had a great manner with our daughter, inspected & dressed the injury, and discussed the condition thoroughly with us. We are extremely grateful for the compassionate care we received here.
The waiting time was so bad that I didn't have time to attend my eye appointment and I was rescheduled over a month away. That's embarrassing.
If I could I would give this Urgent Care zero stars. Was threated to be arrested for the immense pain I was in. Was told it wasn't in St. Luke's policy to give pain meds for severe dental pain. When I asked to see the policy in writing they told me to leave under the threat of being arrested.
