Don't come here unless you want to get a covid test. respiratory clinic takes precedence over ppl or children in need of urgent care. My son has an ear infection and have been waiting over an hour to be seen!! ridiculous service and care.
If you have a disability, expect discrimination. I was forced to wear a face mask and ended up spending the rest of the day in the Emergency Room. Not only did they disregard my health, but they violated the HIPAA Privacy law by demanding a statement from my primary physician. They never mentioned a mask requirement when they called me to reschedule the appointment they had earlier cancelled. They also do not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, so be forewarned.

This place has been a joke every time I visit. 1 person in the waiting for for Urgent Care and I sit with my sick 1 year old for an hour. That is not putting the patient above all else. That is not staffing a facility properly and making the patient suffer because of it. We have always received adequate care from St. Luke’s but our experiences as of late has us reconsidering our healthcare options.
