This is one of the most unorganized and unprofessional hospitals I've ever seen. From registration to discharge it was a joke of an experience. Registratiin took an hour an 15 minutes to get through. After my surgery i was taken to a room and pretty much ignored. My vitals were taken 4 times in a 22 hour period. I was never asked about pain level. Had to beg to get help getting up to use the bathroom. Had to beg for water. Got to listen to nurses bad mouth other patients while they sat around playing on their phones and then... read more

I understand people are entitled to their opinion in these reviews, which is based usually on perception. My personal perception of my care at St Luke's was great. I've been in different hospital several times in the past 7 yrs for different reasons. I do admit i came here specially because this is the only hospital my dr works out of, but from emergency room to check out 3 days later, i felt i had awesome care. Did a few nurses not smile every time they walked into my room, of course, it's not a perfect world. I didn't take... read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL ER. I cannot believe that a hospital can be run like this. I drove myself to the ER at around midnight. Check in was relatively painless, aside from my condition, but care after that was not good. I was admitted and had to be kept in the hospital for 5 days. While in the ER and after being administered morphine the check in person approached me stating that I needed to pay $500 dollars and how will I be paying it, cash or charge. Being in pain, in need of care, absolutely exhausted and pumped with ... read more
