This is one of the most unorganized and unprofessional hospitals I've ever seen. From registration to discharge it was a joke of an experience. Registratiin took an hour an 15 minutes to get through. After my surgery i was taken to a room and pretty much ignored. My vitals were taken 4 times in a 22 hour period. I was never asked about pain level. Had to beg to get help getting up to use the bathroom. Had to beg for water. Got to listen to nurses bad mouth other patients while they sat around playing on their phones and then... read more

I understand people are entitled to their opinion in these reviews, which is based usually on perception. My personal perception of my care at St Luke's was great. I've been in different hospital several times in the past 7 yrs for different reasons. I do admit i came here specially because this is the only hospital my dr works out of, but from emergency room to check out 3 days later, i felt i had awesome care.
