The Daisy Award should also be offered for a group not just an individual. I can not say enough about how caring each and every one of the Nurses in 6th Floor ICU are; not only to my Husband, who is the patient, but to me as well. You are exceptional 6th Floor ICU!
The physicians office here is not capable of filing my insurance with the correct company. They tell me they filed with Blue Cross. I have never had that insurance in my life. I mail them the correct information and they still don't file it and then send me a threatening letter claiming my insurance has paid and if I don't pay I will be sent to collections. Sorry to have to give SLH such a poor rating after such a great history. Two babies and excellent ED care after 12 years to end with a very very bad experience in the Endoscopy Center due to organizational POLICY. My 12 year old was forced to take a pregnancy test that SLH charges $128. Yes, that is not a typo. $128 for a urine pregnancy test ladies and gentleman.
