This is the worst branch of St. Luke's in the Lehigh Valley area. I was in the area and needed to use the restroom. They don't have any restrooms for the public to use. Patient use only. I had to hold it till I got to where I was going and nearly soiled myself. They should have facilities for the public and visitors.
El Hospital en sí es bueno, antes posiblemente le faltaban recursos y buen personal , pero mi experiencia personal ha sido excelente. Han mejorado mucho durante los últimos 5 años y pienso que superarán a los demás si mejoran aún más. My glasses were stolen. Head nurse was no help. I think she was in on it smfh.
I ended up in the Emergency Room yesterday due to a seizure and the staff left me alone during said seizure with nothing more than an Ativan injection. Update 2/6/26 if you want to endure both Medical Negligence & Medical Dismissal then feel free to go to Sacred Heart- where you’ll experience both along with doctors who don’t care or bother to input your patient information into the system I came to the ER due to the fact that I am a severe Neurological patient who was experiencing a multitude of health issues along with mig... read more
